You are so right Michael about the 60% off with CheapOAir. With the high cost of air travel now, deals is the way to go.
Another point is those with disabilities. I was checking out the statistics and I found that 55 percent of air travelers with disabilities have a experience problems  55% of the time as compared to non-disabled persons, according to the US DOT. I hope that is considered in the perfect vacation pkg in travel deals. Some of the problems are schedules and security measures.

Vacation packages are great because there is a partnering with all parties involved from the travel to the hotels, tour guides and restaurants, etc. This is why i utilize on of the travel agencies to book my vacation package. There are great deals going on now.
